Legal disclaimer

iWii Consulting provides notary public, loan signing, and administrative document support services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or advice about the legal effect of a document. Using our website or services does not establish an attorney-client relationship.

Documents for our appointments are supplied by banks, lenders, or other private entities. Questions about document terms, loan conditions, legal rights, or financial obligations should be directed to the issuing entity or an appropriately licensed professional.

Notarization does not establish that a document’s contents are accurate, legally valid, or enforceable, and does not guarantee acceptance by a lender, government agency, or other recipient. Customers must provide identification that satisfies applicable notarial requirements. Services are subject to completion of all legally required verification and notarial procedures.

Information on iiwiiconsulting.com is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, tax professional, or financial adviser.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits our legal duties as notaries public or any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Terms & Conditions

iiWii Consulting
Website: iiwiiconsulting.com
Effective date: September 2026

These Terms and Conditions describe the use of our website and the terms under which iiWii Consulting provides notary and signing services. We provide these terms for review before a service agreement is made. Any separate written agreement with a bank, lender, signing company, or other contracting entity governs that engagement where its terms differ, subject to applicable law.

1. Our Services

iiWii Consulting provides notary public and signing services. Availability depends on scheduling, location, document requirements, and compliance with applicable law.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice. Any administrative assistance is limited to nonlegal support. Using our website or services does not create an attorney-client relationship.

2. Documents Provided by Third Parties

Documents for our appointments are supplied by banks, lenders, and other private entities. We do not determine their legal terms or advise customers whether to enter into a transaction.

Questions about document content, loan terms, interest rates, financial obligations, or legal consequences must be directed to the issuing entity or an appropriately licensed professional.

Notarization does not establish the truth of a document’s contents, guarantee its legal enforceability, or guarantee acceptance by another party.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate contact and appointment information.

  • Present identification that satisfies applicable notarial requirements.

  • Appear personally before the notary, either in person or through a legally permitted online notarization process.

  • Participate willingly and meet applicable requirements for the notarial act.

  • Ensure that required documents and any necessary witnesses are available.

  • Follow instructions about signing documents, including waiting to sign in the notary’s presence when required.

Please contact us before the appointment if there are questions about identification, witnesses, accessibility, or document requirements.

4. Appointment Confirmation and Refusal of Service

An inquiry or appointment request is not a confirmed booking until iiWii Consulting confirms it.

An appointment does not guarantee that notarization can be completed. We must decline or stop a notarial act when legal requirements are not satisfied, including when identity cannot be established, required personal appearance is missing, or documents are incomplete where prohibited by law.

5. Fees and Payment

The applicable fees, responsible paying party, and payment due date will be identified in the appointment confirmation, quote, or separate service agreement.

Notarial fees will comply with applicable statutory limits. Any separate charges for travel, printing, delivery, or other non-notarial services will be identified and agreed to before they are incurred.

A customer is not automatically responsible for charges owed by a bank, lender, or other entity that engaged us. Any customer payment obligation must be disclosed and agreed to in advance.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Please notify us promptly if an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled.

Any cancellation, missed-appointment, travel, or other applicable charge must be disclosed and agreed to in advance. This policy does not itself establish a cancellation fee or make all payments nonrefundable.

If services cannot be completed, payment and any refund will be determined by the services actually performed, previously agreed charges, and applicable law. Any prepaid amount for an unperformed notarial act will be refunded. Separately agreed charges for services already performed may still apply where lawful.

7. Remote Online Notarization

When remote online notarization is arranged, participants must satisfy the applicable identity-verification, technology, and participation requirements. A compatible device, internet connection, camera, and microphone may be required.

Online notarization sessions are recorded, and required records are retained in accordance with applicable law. Any separate platform terms and privacy notices will be provided or made available through the platform.

If technical or verification issues prevent completion, we will discuss available next steps. Fees and refunds remain subject to Section 6.

8. Privacy and Document Handling

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information received through our website and services.

Do not submit identification documents, Social Security numbers, or confidential financial documents through a general website inquiry form. Contact us for document-delivery instructions.

Notarial records may be subject to mandatory retention and lawful disclosure requirements.

9. Website Use and External Services

You may use this website for lawful inquiries and service requests. You must not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, interfere with website security, or use our services to facilitate unlawful activity.

Links to banks, lenders, online notarization platforms, or other external websites do not constitute a guarantee of their services. Those providers maintain their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Service Concerns and Legal Rights

Please report any concern about our services promptly to info@iiwiiconsulting.com so we can review it and discuss an appropriate resolution.

We do not guarantee loan approval, funding, recording, or another outcome controlled by third parties. Nothing in these terms excuses our failure to perform our own legal duties or limits rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Applicable Law and Changes

These terms are governed by Florida law and applicable federal law, without overriding mandatory protections that apply to a customer.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change an existing service agreement without agreement or a legal requirement.
